Cierra Craig is the proud Owner of Excellent Virtual Service, LLC (EVS) a 100% minority woman-owned business. Before founding EVS in March of 2018 Cierra established herself as a skilled and dependable assistant and office administrator by working side-by-side with senior administrators of some of Grand Rapids’ most prestigious organizations. She has had more than five years of travel administration experience in her prior role as a customer service associate and rate parity negotiator for one of the world’s leading online travel agencies for lodging reservations. Through contracted and employment opportunities with various nonprofit organizations she gained has years of experience in planning private, fundraising, and corporate events. Cierra has over ten years of combined administrative/customer service experience that have contributed to her expertise in organizing and prioritizing administrative tasks to optimize productivity and preserve valuable resources. Mrs. Craig is nearing the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University.
Cierra is a devoted wife, mompreneur, and community servant. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, listening to music, cooking, reading, and nature bathing.
